• All trash must be at curb the night before scheduled pickup.
  • All billing is for the previous two months.
  • Our policy is one household per account.
  • A late charge of 1.00 will be added to outstanding balances 30 days after billing date.
  • Office hours are from 8am to 4:30pm M-F.
  • Holiday Schedule: Observed Holidays are: New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. If these holidays fall on or prior to your scheduled pickup day, your pickup will be delayed one day for that week only.
